Two years of RM/Account Officer/Marketing Manager experience is preferred, with a focus on delivering banking solutions and premium customer service in a Sharia-compliant environment.

Ensure the achievement of sales target for SME banking product

Propose SME financing proposals at Branch Offices

Maintain the smooth collectability of SME financing customers under the responsibility in accordance with applicable procedures, in order to reduce the level of NPF at branch office.

Ensure the financing process in line with the policy and regulation

Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external financing support

Providing premium customer service

Maintaining good relations and providing appropriate banking solution
