Job summary

Nikel is seeking a Relationship Manager/Loan Officer in Jakarta to identify high-potential SME borrowers and perform due diligence, site visits, and financial document collection. You will prepare credit proposals with the risk team and manage borrower relationships to maintain healthy credit quality.

Responsibilities include restructuring or initiating billing when payments are constrained, leveraging a network of SME borrowers across sectors and applying strong underwriting practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Economics, Management, Finance, or Accounting.
• 2–4 years as RM/Loan Officer in SME Banking or LKNB sectors.
• Proven SME disbursement track record and healthy loan portfolios.
• Has a database/pipeline of active SME borrowers across sectors.
• Strong credit risk assessment, financial statement and cash flow analysis skills.

• Education Min. S1 in all majors (preferably Economics, Management, Finance, or Accounting)
• Experienced: 2-4 years as a Relationship Manager (RM)/ Loan Officer in P2P Lending, Banking (SME/Commercial) or Non-Bank Financial Institution (LKNB) Industry
• Portfolio & Track Record: Has a proven track record in achieving SME disbursement targets and managing loan portfolios in a healthy manner
• Business Network: Has a database/ pipeline of SME class borrowers who are active in various potential sectors
• Credit Analysis: Mastering financial statement analysis, cash flow analysis, and strong understanding of business credit risk assessment (underwriting)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Finding and identifying potential high-potential borrowers on an SME scale who need business funding
• Conduct due diligence, site visits, and collect financial documents for prospective borrowers' businesses
• Prepare credit proposals and collaborate with the risk/underwriting team to ensure the feasibility of funding facilities
• Managing long-term relationships with borrowers and maintaining the quality of credit (Non-Performing Loans / NPLs) within safe limits
• Carry out the restructuring or initial billing process in case of payment constraints
