Bank Shinhan Indonesia is seeking a Relationship Manager to drive marketing, cross selling, and funding-related activities in Semarang. You will handle credit application processes and nurture client relationships to meet sales targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years in banking, strong sales drive, and excellent communication skills. Placement is Semarang, on-site with opportunities to network across formal and informal segments.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• 3-5 years of work experience as Marketing/Relationship Manager (preferably in Funding) in Banking.
• Passion and interest in selling various banking products.
• High initiative, strong analytical thinking, good persuasion and tenacity (target driven).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and sales skills.
• Good networking skills in formal and non-formal organizations, with various levels of correspondence.
