Job summary

PT Cicil Solusi Mitra Teknologi (CICIL) in Palembang is looking for a leader to acquire new lenders and supervise the RM Funding team. You will support team inquiries, monitor performance to meet revenue targets, and provide regular training and feedback.

An ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of experience in the Peer-to-Peer or Banking industries, including 1 year in a leadership position. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
