PT Cicil Solusi Mitra Teknologi is seeking a capable RM Funding Team Lead in Medan to drive lender acquisition and lead a high-performing team. You will guide coaching, reporting, and recruitment efforts to meet growth targets.

The role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and strong client-facing skills to manage inquiries and optimize lender programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• At least 3 years in Peer-to-Peer or Banking, with 1+ year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, selling, and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
