Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new potential lenders through team strategies and networks.
• Support the team in lender inquiries and account management.
• Monitor and drive team performance to meet targets.
• Provide reports, feedback, and training to enhance productivity.
• Assist in recruitment of new RM Funding team members.
