Qualifications

  • Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang pemasaran/penjualan di industri perbankan atau lembaga keuangan.
  • Memahami produk pendanaan perbankan syariah secara umum.
  • Memiliki relasi yang kuat dan basis pelanggan.

Responsibilities

The Day-to-Day Activities
  1. Achieving growth targets of funding products (Current Account, Saving Account and Deposit), Bancassurance, and Hajj product.
  2. New customers acquisition.
  3. Maintain good relationship and networking with customers by cross selling, up selling and others.
  4. Ensuring that all business relationships with customers are in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures.
The Must-Have
  1. Diploma or bachelor degree in any major.
  2. Min. 3 years experience at marketing/sales in banking industry or financial institution, preferably in funding product or insurance.
  3. Understand about Islamic banking funding products in general.
  4. Have strong relation and customer base.
  5. Have good communication and negotiation skill.
  6. Able to work under pressure with strong endurance.
