MatchaTalent seeks a Deputy Manager – Financial Analysis & FP&A to lead regional budgeting, financial analysis, and performance monitoring. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to optimize expenses and optimize ROI, while guiding a small team of finance professionals across regional units.

You will bridge data with corporate objectives, delivering timely insights and management reports to drive strategic decisions and financial efficiency for the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related finance functions.
• Minimum 3 years in supervisory or team-lead leadership capacity.
• Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, manufacturing, or retail is highly preferred.
• Strong budget formulation, budget execution monitoring, and cost control.
• Proven experience conducting operational financial analysis across regional ops.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP/financial reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead formulation, review, and monitoring of annual regional budgets.
• Monitor budget utilization and variances between actuals and plans.
• Conduct financial and operational analysis to identify cost drivers and improvements.
• Prepare management reports, financial packages, and dashboards for senior management.
• Track KPIs and provide actionable financial insights for performance evaluation.
• Support Sales and Marketing with financial analysis of promotions and spend.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial and operational issues.
• Mentor and develop a small team of finance professionals.
• Coordinate with corporate finance to align regional objectives with strategy.
