Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Deputy Manager – Financial Analysis & FP&A to lead budget management, conduct financial and operational analysis, and provide decision support for regional operations.

The role partners with Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and factory teams, mentoring a small team of analysts while driving efficiency and performance across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Business Finance, or related finance functions.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supervisory or team lead finance leadership roles.
• Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Retail, or operationally intensive industries is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting platforms is preferred.
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand the relationship between operational performance and financial results.

Responsibilities

• Lead formulation, review, and execution monitoring of annual budgets for regional operations.
• Monitor budget utilization and variances between actual and approved budgets.
• Conduct financial and operational analysis to identify cost drivers and inefficiencies.
• Prepare management reports, financial analysis packages, and performance dashboards for senior management.
• Track KPIs to support business performance evaluation.
• Analyze operating expenses and cost structures to provide actionable recommendations.
• Provide financial analysis and decision support for Sales and Marketing activities.
• Evaluate ROI of marketing and commercial initiatives.
• Monitor regional performance and identify financial risks and growth opportunities.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and improve financial efficiency across regions.
