PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Deputy Manager – Financial Analysis & FP&A to lead budget formulation, execution tracking, and financial analysis for regional operations. You will prepare management reports, monitor key performance indicators, and provide decision support to Sales and Marketing teams.

This on-site role requires collaboration with Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and factory teams, guiding a small team of finance professionals while aligning regional

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory/lead role.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or retail preferred.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Experience supporting Sales/Marketing through financial analysis.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP/financial reporting platforms.

Aufgaben

• Lead annual budget formulation and execution monitoring for regional ops.
• Monitor variances between actuals and budgets.
• Provide financial analysis to identify cost drivers and improvements.
• Prepare management reports, analysis packages, and dashboards.
• Track KPIs to evaluate business performance.
• Support Sales/Marketing with financial analysis and promotional spending.
