Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Deputy Manager – Financial Analysis & FP&A to lead budgeting, financial analysis, and performance monitoring for regional operations. You will bridge operational data with corporate goals and supervise a small finance team.

You will evaluate commercial expenses, promotions, and operational spending to drive financial efficiency and business performance, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and factory teams in Jakarta or Surabaya.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in financial analysis, FP&A, business finance, or related roles.
• At least 3 years in supervisory or team-lead finance leadership.
• Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, manufacturing, or retail preferred.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis experience.
• Experience supporting Sales/Marketing with financial analysis.
• Proficient in Excel and financial analysis tools; ERP systems experience preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
• English fluency; able to interact with Chinese-speaking expatriates.
• Willing to work on-site at regional locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgets formulation and execution monitoring.
• Track variances between actuals and budgets.
• Perform financial and operational analysis to identify cost drivers.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Support Sales and Marketing with financial insights on promotions.
• Mentor and develop finance staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
