Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Deputy Manager – Financial Analysis & FP&A to lead budget formulation, execution tracking, and financial decision support for regional operations. You will drive financial analysis, reporting, and cost controls across regional units and factories while guiding a small team.

You will partner with Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to optimize spend, monitor performance, and deliver actionable insights for leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in Financial Analysis/ FP&A or related functions.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, or consumer-driven sectors preferred.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills with reporting experience.
• Experience with ERP and financial reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead budget formulation and annual budget monitoring for regional operations.
• Track variances between actuals and budgets and identify drivers.
• Perform financial and operational analysis to identify cost drivers and efficiency opportunities.
• Prepare regular management reports, dashboards, and performance insights for senior leadership.
• Provide financial support to Sales and Marketing, including analysis of promotional spend and ROI.
• Supervise and develop a small finance team across regional/ factory operations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
