Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Deputy Manager – Financial Analysis & FP&A to lead budget formulation, track execution, and provide decision support for regional operations in Indonesia. You will collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and factory teams, while mentoring a small finance staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Business Finance, or related finance functions.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory, team lead, or equivalent finance leadership capacity.
• Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Retail, or other operationally intensive industries is highly preferred.
• Strong experience in budget formulation, budget execution monitoring, cost control, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgets for regional operations and monitor budget utilization.
• Identify variances between actual performance and budgets through financial analysis.
• Prepare management reports, analysis packages, and dashboards for senior management.
• Provide financial analysis and decision support for Sales and Marketing expenses and promotions.
• Coach and mentor junior finance staff and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Support regional operations with timely financial insights and performance reviews.
