Job summary

MatchaTalent seeks a Deputy Manager – Financial Analysis & FP&A to lead regional budgeting, financial analysis, and decision support for FMCG operations. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and factory teams to improve financial efficiency and drive performance.

You will supervise a small finance team, deliver regular reports, and help translate operational data into actionable insights for senior leaders. English proficiency required; on-site in regional Indonesia.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required in finance, accounting, economics, management or related field.
Minimum 5 years in Financial Analysis, FP&A or related functions.
Minimum 3 years in supervisory or team lead role in finance.
Experience in FMCG/Manufacturing/retail or similarly operational sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead budgeting for regional operations and monitor execution.
Analyze variances between actuals and budgets and identify cost drivers.
Prepare management reports and performance dashboards for senior leadership.
Provide financial support to Sales and Marketing with analysis of expenses and ROI.
Supervise and develop a small team of finance professionals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment with strategy.
