MatchaTalent is seeking a Deputy Manager – Financial Analysis & FP&A in Indonesia to lead budget formulation, track execution, and provide decision support across regional operations. You will work with Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and factory teams, mentoring a small team of analysts.

You will evaluate promotional spend, trade activities, and operational costs, preparing insightful reports for senior management and driving financial efficiency across the business.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management or related.
• 5+ years in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Business Finance, or related finance functions.
• 3+ years in supervisory/leadership capacity in finance.
• Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Retail or similar industries preferred.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual budgets for regional operations and monitor execution.
• Analyze variances between actuals and budgets to drive corrective actions.
• Conduct financial and operational analysis to identify cost drivers and inefficiencies.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and financial analysis packages for senior leaders.
• Provide financial support to Sales & Marketing through expense monitoring and ROI evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial and operational issues.
