Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Deputy Manager – Financial Analysis & FP&A to lead budgeting, financial analysis, and regional performance monitoring across our operations in Indonesia. You will drive cost optimization, provide decision support to Sales and Marketing, and deliver insightful reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or related finance functions.
• Minimum 3 years in supervisory/leadership capacity.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or consumer goods preferred.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget formulation and monitoring for regional ops.
• Monitor variances between actuals and budgets.
• Perform financial and operational analysis to identify cost drivers and efficiencies.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards for senior leaders.
• Provide financial support to Sales & Marketing with promotional spend analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial/operational issues.
• Mentor and develop junior finance staff.
• Coordinate with regional and corporate teams to align financial objectives.
