MatchaTalent seeks a Deputy Manager – Financial Analysis & FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision support for regional operations in Indonesia. You will drive cost controls, monitor performance, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to improve financial efficiency.

You will supervise a small team of finance professionals, deliver regular reports, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives while communicating in English with expatriate leadership.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead budget formulation, review, and annual execution monitoring for regional operations.
• Monitor variances between actuals and budgets across regions.
• Provide financial analysis to identify cost drivers and efficiency opportunities.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for senior leadership.
• Analyze KPIs and operational data to support business decisions and ROI evaluations.
• Support Sales/Marketing with financial insights for promotions and spending.
• Mentor and develop junior finance staff across regions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
• Provide timely financial insights to regional and factory teams.
