Job summary

Cermati Fintech Group is seeking an experienced Collection Operations Manager to lead our collection activities and ensure regulatory compliance. You will report to the Collection Head and partner with senior leadership to optimize processes and outcomes.

Responsibilities include data-driven reviews of policies, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, HR, Finance, Sales, Collection Support, Anti-Fraud and BI to improve efficiency and profitability while maintaining excellent

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from reputable university.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• At least 3 years' experience as Collection Operation Manager or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Strong data analysis and performance metrics knowledge.
• Experience in consumer lending products or multi-finance background preferred.
• Able to multi-task and work in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and be responsible for the Collection Operations of the company.
• Coordinate with Collection Head and top management.
• Ensure legal compliance with regulations.
• Review collection processes, policies, and people using data-driven analysis and improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, HR, Finance, Sales, Collection Support, Anti-Fraud and BI to boost efficiency.
• Review and adjust budgets balancing cost vs credit loss and profitability.
• Manage customer support processes to enhance satisfaction.
• Staffing, resource allocation, KPI and target setting; plan capacity for growth.
