Job summary

Cermati Fintech Group in Jakarta is seeking a Desk Collection Supervisor to manage the desk collection process and liaise with the Collection Manager. You will maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports and coordinate with other departments.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a proactive, target-driven approach to drive performance and uphold high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Male or female.
• D3 minimum.
• At least 3 years experience in Banking/Leasing and/or Multifinance (FinTech experience is a plus).
• Experience as Supervisor/Coordinator in Desk Collection preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership; target-oriented and honest.

Responsibilities

• Manage and responsible for the desk collection process.
• Liaise with Superior (Collection Manager).
• Maintain daily, weekly, monthly reports.
• Coordinate collaborations with other departments.
• Monitor and develop team performance and coach the team.
