Job summary

Cermati.com is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for Collection to lead the General Support Collection team. You will oversee documentation flow, approvals, and manpower planning while ensuring SLA targets and report quality across the organization.

You will act as the main liaison with Collection Vendors, define KPIs and SLAs, and coordinate timely payment processing within contract terms. Strong leadership and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree (S1) from a reputable university.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Circulating documents to management to facilitate approvals (extensions, manpower planning, vendor partnerships).
• Directing and coordinating General Support Collection operations to meet SLA targets and quality standards.
• Calculating and coordinating manpower fulfillment with HR for the Collection team.
• Monitoring Ops Support workflow to ensure SLA compliance and data/report quality.
• Serving as the primary liaison between Collection users and Vendors to align goals.
