Job summary

Cermati is seeking a dedicated collections supervisor in Jakarta to manage the desk collection process and improve recovery performance. You will liaise with the Collection Manager, coordinate cross‑department efforts, and ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reports are completed accurately.

You will coach and monitor team performance, drive adherence to targets, and foster good communication with internal stakeholders. Strong leadership and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Min D3 with 3+ years in Banking, Leasing or Multifinance; FinTech is a plus.
• Experience as Supervisor/Coordinator in desk collection is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Hardworking, target-driven, able to work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the desk collection process and ensure process integrity.
• Liaise with Collection Manager for guidance and alignment.
• Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports accurately.
• Coordinate collaborations with other departments.
