Job summary

Cermati Fintech Group in Surabaya seeks a seasoned Collection Operations Manager to lead end-to-end collection activities. You will coordinate with the Collection Head and senior leadership, ensuring compliance with regulations and driving efficiency through data-driven process enhancements.

You will collaborate across functions, manage budgets, staff, and KPIs, and oversee collection operations for Jawa Timur, Bali, and Nusa Tenggara to support growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher from a reputable university.
• Strong persistence to meet operational targets.
• Highly self-managed, proactive, multi-tasking capable.
• 3+ years of proven experience in Collection Operations management.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Strong communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and be responsible for the company's Collection Operations.
• Coordinate with Collection Head and top management.
• Ensure legal compliance and regulatory alignment.
• Review collection processes and policies using data-driven analysis and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, HR, Finance, Sales, and BI to boost efficiency.
• Manage budgets balancing cost and credit losses for profitability.
• Oversee customer support processes to enhance satisfaction.
• Staffing, resource allocation, KPI setting, and capacity planning for growth.
• Cover Jawa Timur, Bali, and Nusa Tenggara regions.
