Job summary

Cermati is seeking a Regional Field Collection Manager for Semarang to lead and optimize collection operations in Indonesia. You will oversee staffing, budgeting, policy enforcement, and performance metrics to drive profitability while ensuring legal compliance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, HR, Finance, Sales, Collection Support, Anti-Fraud and BI to boost efficiency and data-driven decision making. This role is full-time and on-site in Semarang.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
Strong data-driven mindset and analytical skills.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
Ability to multi-task and stay highly motivated.
Experience with consumer lending products or multi-finance companies is preferred.
Excellent decision-making and action orientation.

Responsibilities

Manage collection operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
Coordinate with Collection Head and top management.
Regularly review collection policies, processes, and people using data-driven analysis.
Collaborate with Product, HR, Finance, Sales, Collection Support, Anti-Fraud and BI to boost efficiency.
Review and adjust budgets to balance costs and credit loss while maintaining profitability.
Oversee customer support processes to enhance satisfaction.
Staffing, resource allocation, KPI and target setting; ensure capacity to meet growth targets.
