Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee multiple branches in the Surakarta region, Indonesia. You will drive branch initiatives, lead events and marketing activities, and optimize revenue through strategic PnL management.

You will ensure a best-in-class customer experience, loyalty, and enrollment growth, leveraging your leadership and communications skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Proven leadership experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Business Operations.
• Experience in early childhood education, kids-focused businesses, education, or a start-up environment is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the operations of one or multiple branches within the assigned regional area, ensuring smooth branch operations and effective execution of academic processes.
• Lead and execute branch-level initiatives, including events, promotions, and other marketing activities, to drive student engagement, acquisition, and enrollment.
• Manage branch Profit & Loss (PnL) performance by assessing local market conditions, identifying current and potential sales opportunities, and implementing strategies to optimize revenue and business performance.
• Oversee the end-to-end customer experience and journey, ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction, and long-term customer loyalty.
