Focus on delivering excellence in the end-to-end customer journey and team leadership. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and proven leadership in Sales/Marketing or Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Leadership experience in Sales & Marketing/Business Operations/BD.
• Strong people management and team handling skills.
• Experience advantageous in education/start-up environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage branches within the regional area to ensure smooth operations and oversee the academic process.
• Lead branch activity initiatives including events and promotions to drive student engagement and enrollment.
• Apply PnL management to evaluate local market conditions and identify sales opportunities to optimize revenue.
• Oversee the entire customer experience from onboarding to loyalty, ensuring satisfaction and positive journeys.
