Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to coordinate multiple regional branches and drive academic processes across the network.

You will lead branch-wide initiatives, oversee PnL performance, and ensure a superior customer experience to foster loyalty and growth. A Bachelor’s degree and proven leadership in Sales/Marketing are required, with experience in education or start-ups considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Proven leadership in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Business Operations.
• Experience in education, kids-focused businesses, or start-ups is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee operations of one or multiple branches within the regional area.
• Lead branch-level initiatives including events, promotions, and other marketing activities to drive student engagement and enrollment.
• Manage branch PnL by assessing local market conditions and optimizing revenue and performance.
• Oversee the end-to-end customer experience and journey to ensure service quality and loyalty.
