Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to coordinate regional branch activities and drive enrollment efforts. You will lead branch initiatives, handle events and promotions, and manage PnL to maximize revenue while ensuring top-tier customer experience across the region.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Operations, with strong people management and bilingual communication skills in Indonesian and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Proven leadership experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Business Operations.
• Experience in education, early childhood or startup environments is a plus.
• Strong people management and team leadership.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the operations of one or multiple branches within the regional area.
• Lead and execute branch initiatives, events, and promotions to drive student engagement and enrollment.
• Manage branch PnL by assessing local market conditions and optimizing revenue.
• Oversee end-to-end customer experience, ensuring service quality, satisfaction and loyalty.
