Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Proven track record in sales, customer service, and branch operations management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to analyze financial data and make sound business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate branch staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
