Job summary

Ruangguru for Business in Indonesia is seeking a dynamic operations leader to coordinate and grow regional branch activities. You will oversee academic processes, drive events and promotions, and guide sales initiatives to boost student enrollment.

With strong people management skills and a solid understanding of PnL, you will optimize revenue, manage the customer journey, and strengthen loyalty across branches in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Leadership experience in Sales & Marketing/Business Development/Business Operations (advantageous in academic/start-up environment).
• Strong knowledge of people management and experience in handling a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage branches within the regional area, ensuring smooth operations and overseeing the academic process.
• Lead all activity initiatives within branches, including events, promotions, and other marketing efforts to drive student engagement and enrollment.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Profit and Loss (PnL) management, including evaluating local market conditions and identifying sales opportunities to optimize revenue.
• Oversee the entire customer experience, managing the end-to-end customer journey to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.
