You will manage staff, optimize service delivery, and build a high-performing team focused on growth, risk control, and community engagement in South Sulawesi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of banking experience with at least 3 in supervisory/managerial roles.
• Proven track record in sales, customer service, and branch operations management.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of banking products, services and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
