Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in banking operations management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of banking products, services, and operational processes.
• Proven experience in team leadership, process improvement, and risk management.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize day-to-day banking operations, including branch operations and back-office functions.
• Lead, train, and motivate operational staff to achieve performance targets and service standards.
