Job summary

Dekoruma is seeking a Senior Recruitment Executive to lead end-to-end hiring in a fast-paced environment. You will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and delivering offers while partnering with hiring managers to set qualification criteria.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in recruitment, a proactive attitude, and strong communication and analytics skills to drive hiring targets and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• 2+ years of solid experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Experience in fast-paced industries is highly preferred.
• Experience handling multiple roles simultaneously and tight hiring deadlines.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Executive to join our team and manage end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role requires someone proactive, energetic, and confident in handling demanding hiring managers while maintaining excellent candidate experience.

The ideal candidate is experienced in full-cycle recruitment, capable of working independently, and able to drive hiring strategies to meet aggressive hiring targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

RECRUITMENT

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process independently (from sourcing to offering stage)
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
• Proactively build and maintain strong talent pipelines
• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers in understanding hiring needs and setting qualification criteria
• Confidently manage and align expectations with demanding users in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure timely hiring process and strong candidate experience
• Provide weekly & monthly recruitment reports, analysis, and hiring insights
• Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives
• Handle mass hiring projects when required

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university
• Minimum FG - 2 years of solid experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
• Experience in fast-paced industries is highly preferred
• Experience handling multiple roles simultaneously and tight hiring deadlines
• Experience in furniture/interior industry is a plus
