Job summary

Argo Manunggal Group in Jakarta seeks a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader to direct end-to-end recruitment for managerial and critical roles, aligning hiring with business needs and elevating the candidate experience.

You will build strategic pipelines, develop partnerships with universities and professional communities, and drive analytics, process improvements, and employer branding to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, or related roles.
• Strong experience and understanding of end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder management, offering management, and onboarding coordination.
• Proven ability to source and attract candidates for managerial and critical positions, while building sustainable talent pipelines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with hiring managers and candidates at different levels; English proficiency will be an advantage.
• A proactive, independent, and results-driven professional with strong organizational, time-management, and leadership skills.
