We are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor specializing in Recruitment to lead our talent acquisition initiatives. In this role, you will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, manage our hiring team, and implement sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent. While your primary focus will be recruitment, you will also assist with general HR supervisor duties like onboarding, compliance, and employee relations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Operations: Supervise both the internal and external recruitment team and coordinate full-cycle hiring processes for salaried and hourly roles.
• Sourcing Strategy: Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, school partnerships, and specialized recruitment agencies.
• Screening & Interviewing: Oversee candidate screening, conduct initial and advanced interviews for mid-level and lower-level roles, and coordinate background/reference checks.
• Workforce Planning: Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs, forecast future hiring gaps, and write compelling job descriptions.
• Offer & Onboarding: Manage the job offer extension process, negotiate salaries, and design seamless onboarding and orientation experiences for new hires.
• Metrics Tracking: Monitor critical recruitment data, including Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, and source quality.
• Employee Relations: Handle staff grievances resolve conflicts, and support performance management
• Compliance: Ensure all company policies align with local labor laws and employement regulations.
• Training: Assist in organizing staff training and professional development programs.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years dedicated strictly to talent acquisition/recruitment and introductory supervisory experience.
• Core Competencies: Proven ability to build an employer brand, excellent negotiation skills, data-driven decision-making, active communication, problem solving, conflict resolution abilities and deep knowledge of labor laws regarding fair hiring practices.
