Corner House Group is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end process—from manpower requests to onboarding—ensuring timely, compliant hiring. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs, publish ads across channels, source candidates, and screen applications with an eye for detail.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, or related field and at least 1 year of recruitment experience.
Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from manpower requests to new hire onboarding, while ensuring all recruitment activities are carried out efficiently, on time, and in accordance with the company's hiring needs.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process in line with the company's hiring requirements.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job qualifications.
Prepare and publish job advertisements through various recruitment channels.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct CV screening and administrative screening based on the required qualifications.
Contact candidates to provide information about the recruitment process and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Manage recruitment administration, including candidate databases, supporting documents, and recruitment status tracking.
Prepare employment offer letters and coordinate the offer process with selected candidates.
Ensure all required pre-employment documents are complete before the candidate's start date.
Coordinate onboarding activities and all administrative requirements for new hires.
Maintain and update the talent pool to support future hiring needs.
Prepare regular recruitment reports, including hiring status, time-to-fill, and recruitment source effectiveness.
Support employer branding initiatives, job fairs, campus recruitment, and other recruitment-related activities as required.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment or Human Resources.
Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and recruitment administration.
Proficient in using job portals, professional social media platforms, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Strong administrative, coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Strong time management skills and the ability to work within recruitment deadlines.
