Job summary

PT Mastering Prima Abadi is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to orchestrate end-to-end hiring across Jakarta operations. You will source, screen, interview, and assess candidates for Head Office, Warehouse, and Store roles, coordinating timelines and communications with hiring managers and applicants.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in recruitment, strong English and Bahasa Indonesia, excellent stakeholder management, and proficiency with MS Office and recruitment

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in Retail, F&B, FMCG, or multi-outlet businesses preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment priorities.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessment skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, well-organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and willingness to handle recruitment administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.
• Willing to be based in the Jakarta area.
