Job summary

PT. Ligatennis Sports Management is seeking a Front Office/Reception Supervisor to lead reception teams across all Bali locations.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure service excellence, handle escalations, and contribute to sales targets and financial reporting. The role requires 3–5 years in Front Office/Reception with 2+ years in supervision, a hospitality/management degree, strong leadership, and proficiency with Google Workspace and POS systems.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Front Office/Reception, with 2+ years in supervisory/managerial role.
• Diploma or Bachelor's in Hospitality, Management, or related field.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and POS systems.
• Experience with financial reporting or related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Roster, mentor, and train receptionists across all branches; daily briefings for service excellence.
• Standardize SOPs (court bookings, Liga App), maintain brand standards, and escalate complex client complaints.
• Drive sales for packages and Pro Shop items to hit KPIs.
• Oversee daily closing reports, EDC reconciliations, cash handling, and investigate discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and Department Heads; submit weekly/monthly operational reports.
