Tropical Kasbah in Bali seeks an experienced Operations Manager with a proven hospitality background to lead daily operations across our properties and uphold guest satisfaction standards.

You will oversee reservations via GuestPro, OTA platforms, and direct website bookings, maintaining accurate availability and room allocations, coordinating with front office, housekeeping, and maintenance, and driving consistent service excellence.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience in Bali with proven management responsibilities.
• Hands-on experience with GuestPro, OTA platforms, and direct website bookings.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and follow-through.
• Ability to prioritise, make decisions, and work under pressure.
• Flexible with working hours to meet operational needs.
• Committed to a long-term role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and coordinate teams across our properties.
• Manage and monitor reservations through GuestPro, our website, and OTA platforms.
• Keep availability, rates, room allocations, and booking information accurate and consistent across all channels.
• Follow up on payments, special requests, booking changes, and cancellations.
• Anticipate operational issues and resolve them promptly.
• Ensure clear communication between reservations, front office, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Follow tasks through to completion and check that standards are consistently met.
