Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an experienced Corporate General Manager to lead the Bali hospitality portfolio. The role oversees operations, service quality, and commercial performance across multiple properties, balancing guest experience, staff performance, revenue generation, and operational efficiency.

The candidate reports to owners, drives pre-opening activity, sets SOPs, and ensures consistent hospitality standards across diverse property concepts in Bali.

Qualifications

• Proven hospitality leadership at multi-property level.
• Strong background in revenue management, occupancy strategy, and budgeting.
• Experience implementing SOPs and quality control across operations.
• Ability to manage senior department heads and a large team.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple properties with consistent service standards.
• Drive pre-opening readiness, staffing, and operational setup for new properties.
• Own revenue performance, occupancy, GOP, and yield optimization while preserving brand positioning.
• Develop and manage operational budgets with ownership and ensure cost control.
• Establish, audit, and improve SOPs across front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and guest services.
• Lead department heads and 200+ staff across properties with clear accountability.
• Foster high-performance culture through development and performance reviews.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement practical solutions to improve guest satisfaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners and provide regular performance updates.
• Ensure compliance with hospitality standards and internal policies.
