Job summary

PT Ligatennis Sports Management in Bali seeks a seasoned supervisor to oversee facility operations, drive financial performance, lead teams, and elevate member experience in a sports, fitness, hospitality, or retail setting.

You will implement SOPs, manage third-party contracts, push memberships and bookings to hit monthly targets, monitor P&L, and develop training programs to boost customer service and sales while reducing leakage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven success in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Management, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Computer literate (Google Workspace and CRM system).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• Experience in planning, budgeting and marketing.
• Strong working knowledge of operational procedures.
• Problem-solving aptitude, strong analytical and decision-making procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the facility is member-ready (cleanliness, equipment safety, and staff grooming) before opening, during operations and before closing
• Implement and audit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all departments to ensure consistency
• Oversee third-party contracts (security, cleaning, equipment repair) and collaborate with management to ensure quality and cost-efficiency
• Drive membership sales, packages, or court bookings to meet and exceed monthly targets
• Monitor P&L statements, manage petty cash (if any), and identify areas to reduce leakage (e.g., utility waste, overstaffing)
• Conduct regular competitor analysis and adjust pricing or promotions to maintain a competitive edge
• Set clear KPIs for staff; conduct monthly appraisals and provide constructive feedback
• Identify skill gaps and organize training sessions for customer service excellence and sales techniques
• Develop programs or events (tournaments, community days) to increase member engagement and lower churn rates
• Resolve high-level member complaints and handle on-site incidents (injuries/theft) with professionalism
