Job summary

PT Kruger Ventilation Indonesia is seeking a Procurement Staff to join our Tangerang, Banten facility. This full-time role focuses on analysis, reporting, and optimization of procurement processes to support informed decision-making.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree, have at least 2 years in procurement, and be proficient in SAP and Excel, with experience in manufacturing or HVAC preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; supply chain or operations preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement roles (staff, purchasing, or similar).
• Experience in manufacturing, HVAC, or industrial settings is preferred.
• Proficient with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end procurement from PR to PO.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for best price and terms.
• Process and issue POs and monitor procurement transactions in the ERP system (SAP).
• Maintain procurement data and supplier records in SAP; ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare quotation comparisons and procurement reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, warehouse, and finance.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and supplier performance evaluations.

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Staff to join our team at our Tangerang, Banten facility on a full-time basis. This role is crucial to our supply chain operations, as you will be responsible for analysis and reporting within our procurement function. The Procurement Staff will play a vital part in ensuring efficient procurement processes, accurate data analysis, and comprehensive reporting that supports informed decision-making across the organisation. Job Responsibilities

Handle the procurement process from Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO).

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive prices, quality, and delivery terms.

Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO).

Process and monitor procurement transactions using the ERP system (SAP).

Create and maintain procurement data, including PR, PO, vendor information, and purchasing records in SAP.

Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.

Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, warehouse, and finance.

Prepare quotation comparisons and procurement reports.

Maintain and update supplier and procurement databases.

Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Support cost‑saving initiatives and supplier performance evaluations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Procurement Staff, Purchasing Staff, or similar position.

Experience in a manufacturing, HVAC, engineering, or industrial company is preferred.

Good knowledge of procurement procedures, supplier management, purchasing processes, and negotiation.

Experienced in using ERP systems, preferably SAP.

Familiar with SAP procurement or purchasing modules is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.

Detail‑oriented, organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
