Job summary

PT Kruger Ventilation Indonesia is seeking a Procurement Staff to ensure smooth procurement of goods and services supporting manufacturing and logistics operations. You will identify suppliers, negotiate terms, and manage purchase orders.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics or business administration with 2–3 years of procurement experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency in ERP and inventory systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration.
• 2–3 years of procurement or purchasing experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient with ERP and inventory management systems.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and select suppliers to meet procurement needs.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to get best terms.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices and procurement documents.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to anticipate procurement requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and cost-saving measures.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Support manufacturing and logistics operations through timely sourcing.
