Job summary

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics or business administration with 2–3 years of procurement experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency in ERP and inventory systems.

As a Procurement Staff at PT Kruger Ventilation Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient procurement of goods and services to support our manufacturing and logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

Identifying, evaluating and selecting suppliers to meet the company's procurement needs

Negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships to achieve the best possible terms and conditions

Preparing and processing purchase orders, invoices and other procurement-related documentation

Maintaining accurate records of procurement activities and inventory levels

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and anticipate procurement requirements

About you

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration

At least 2‑3 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry

Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers

Proficient in using procurement software and tools, such as ERP systems and inventory management systems

Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills, with a keen eye for detail

A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team

Good understanding of supply chain processes, as well as relevant regulations and industry standards
