Job summary

PT Kruger Ventilation Indonesia is seeking an experienced operations supervisor to support the Factory Manager in overseeing daily manufacturing activities. You will help ensure production targets, delivery schedules, and KPIs are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will coordinate with Product Engineering, Supply Chain, QA, and Maintenance teams, drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives, and mentor supervisors to foster a collaborative, high-performance factory environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Experience in team leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, supply chain management, and quality systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing operations

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in fan manufacturing or mechanical/electrical product industries

Familiar with ISO standards and factory audits

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
