Job summary

PT Trakindo Utama is seeking an experienced professional in Bandar Lampung to manage billing operations, data accuracy, and sales coordination. The role requires handling customer data, invoicing processes, and documentation approvals, ensuring timely and correct financial transactions.

The candidate will coordinate with Sales and Finance teams, process credits and write-offs, and maintain master data for reporting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in billing and data management

• Ability to process invoices, credits, and write-offs with accuracy
• Familiarity with PO/OD/BAST documents and related approvals

Responsibilities

• Validate and distribute customer contact data for loyalty surveys in coordination with Sales.
• Monitor billing delivery activities and ensure SOA distribution regularly.
• Execute billing transactions including invoices, credits, refunds, and backout cancellations.
• Validate and process sales documentation (POs, OD, BAST, certificates) for approvals.
• Submit credit requests for Service or Sales Orders to ensure authorized credit and uninterrupted orders.
• Create and maintain master data for customers, accounts, and invoices.
• Forecast and analyze Monthly/ Rolling Sales Forecast and Sales Funnel reports.
• Submit Annual PS Sales targets and market information for sales planning.

• Validate and distribute customer contact data for loyalty surveys in coordination with Sales, update survey alert resolutions in the system, and act as the survey ambassador for methodology and information updates to ensure accurate respondents and effec - Monitor billing delivery activities by monitor Transmittal Advice (TA), ensure SOA distribution regularly, including coordinate AR cases and follow ups with Sales and Finance teams to ensure billing received by customers accurately, on time and all cases - Execute billing transactions (print einvoices or eFP, match and submit to customers, file supporting documents), process CN or DN or Write Off or refund, including handle backout invoice cancellation in the system to ensure timely and accurate invoicing. - Validate and process sales documentation (collect and verify PO or OD or BAST or supporting docs, pre condition documents for Surat Dukungan, request Certificate of Manufacture via PS Pricing HO, and route POA for OATC signing) to ensure a complete and c - Perform submission credit (new or increase) and exception (Release Exception or Override or Waiver) request to the system for Service or Sales Orders to ensure authorized credit and uninterrupted order flow. - Execute sales system access administration User ID creation request for PSSR or PSSE or ISR and authorization updates in the system to ensure system access readiness and compliance with internal controls. - Create and maintain master data for customer IDs or accounts, contact IDs, invoice master, and MEP to ensure accurate data for transactions and precise opportunity calculations. - Consolidate and analyze Monthly and Rolling Sales Forecast and Sales Funnel Opportunity reports to provide reliable forecasting insights and timely follow up guidance. - Validate, consolidate, submit Annual and additional PS Sales targets, market information, and customer sales allocation in the system to ensure accurate inputs for sales planning and incentive calculation.
