Job summary

XL Smart career seeks a promoter operations manager to optimize promoter performance across channels, ensuring effective deployment, capability development, and productivity tracking to drive sales growth and customer advocacy.

You will lead headcount planning, monitor performance, coach underperformers, and ensure compliance with advocacy, campaigns, and merchandising standards while managing agency partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher required; Management focus essential.
• Preferred background in Marketing and Telecommunications.
• Experience coordinating with third-party manpower agencies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Determine optimal promoter headcount per region and outlet based on foot traffic and sales potential.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly targets for promoter force and coach or reallocate underperformers as needed.
• Ensure promoters have selling skills, customer engagement techniques, and brand knowledge.
• Oversee advocacy processes, sales campaigns, new product offerings, and merchandising standards.
• Maintain relationships with third-party manpower agencies to ensure quality recruitment.

Main Responsibilities :

• 1. Determining the optimal headcount of promotors for each region and retail outlet based on foot traffic and sales potential.
• 2. Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the promotor force, identifying underperformers for coaching or reallocation.
• 3. Ensure promotors are equipped with selling skills, customer engagement techniques, and brand knowledge.
• 4. Ensure promotors execute advocacy process, sales campaigns, new product offering, and merchandising standards
• 5. Maintaining the relationship with third-party manpower agencies to ensure quality recruitments

Academy Qualification :

S1 (Strata 1) degree in Management is minimum requirements.S1 (Strata 1) degree in Marketing is preferred

Professional Experience :

Minimum 3-5 Years experience in Telecommunication, Sales & Distribution, Business Administration, Business & Management roles
