Job summary

PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk is seeking a Contract Promotors Manager to oversee a field team across regions in Indonesia. You will determine headcount needs, monitor performance against targets, and ensure promoters are equipped with selling skills and brand knowledge.

You will also drive advocacy, campaigns, new product launches, and merchandising standards while maintaining strong relations with third-party agencies to ensure recruitment quality.

Responsibilities

• Determine the optimal headcount of promotors for each region and retail outlet based on foot traffic and sales potential.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the promotor force, identifying underperformers for coaching or reallocation.
• Ensure promotors are equipped with selling skills, customer engagement techniques, and brand knowledge.
• Ensure promotors execute advocacy process, sales campaigns, new product offering, and merchandising standards
• Maintaining the relationship with third-party manpower agencies to ensure quality recruitments
