Job summary

You will determine regional promoter headcount, monitor targets daily to monthly, coach underperformers, equip promotors with selling skills, and coordinate with third‑party agencies to maintain quality recruitment and advocacy.

• Determine optimal headcount of promotors for each region and retail outlet based on foot traffic and sales potential.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the promotor force, identifying underperformers for coaching or reallocation.
• Ensure promotors are equipped with selling skills, customer engagement techniques, and brand knowledge.
• Ensure promotors execute advocacy process, sales campaigns, new product offering, and merchandising standards.
• Maintain relationships with third-party manpower agencies to ensure quality recruitments.
