Job summary

PT Indodana Multi Finance is seeking a results-driven Sales Supervisor responsible for achieving regional targets by visiting merchants, building strong relationships with PIC stores, and ensuring promotional programs run smoothly in the area. You will oversee 15-20 Sales Promoters, monitor daily activities, and conduct training to keep the team motivated and skilled.

The role requires leadership, excellent communication, and proficiency with MS Office and Excel.

Qualifications

• Must have at least Senior High School or Diploma.
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage a team and area.
• Good communication and marketing skills with social media.
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel.
• Able to work shifting.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales targets in the area and daily merchant visits.
• Build good relationships with PIC stores and ensure programs run smoothly.
• Coordinate with partner operations to gather sales, competitor, and field information.

Job description

Responsible for sales targets in accordance with the area. Daily visit to merchant and make good relationship with PIC store. Ensuring the program in its area runs well and the programs sales targets can be met. To ensure placement POP material promotion in store. Coordinate with partner operational teams to obtain information regarding sales, competitors and field issues.

Conducting field team training and refreshment training for Promoter

About you

Candidate must possess at least Senior High School or Diploma in any field
