Job summary

NEXA UNIVERSE DEVELOPMENT BALI in Badung, Bali seeks a skilled Project Surveyor for full-time, on-site work. You will conduct site surveys, maintain control points, prepare survey plans and reports, and support construction with precise measurements and documentation.

Ideal candidates will have a recognised surveying certification and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in total stations, GPS, and CAD.

Qualifications

• Qualification or certification in surveying or related construction discipline.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in construction surveying or setting out on active projects.
• Proficiency with surveying software and equipment including total stations, GPS systems and CAD applications.
• Strong knowledge of surveying practices, methods and industry standards.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings accurately.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Competence in health and safety practices relevant to construction environments.
• Problem-solving ability and capacity to work independently in the field.
• Flexibility to work in varying weather conditions and challenging site environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate site surveys and measurements using modern surveying equipment and technology.

• Perform setting out activities to guide construction and ensure structural accuracy.

About the role

Reporting to the Project Manager, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Project Surveyor to join NEXA UNIVERSE DEVELOPMENT BALI in Badung, Bali. This is a full-time position based on-site in Badung, offering the opportunity to play a crucial role in the surveying and measurement aspects of our construction projects. As Project Surveyor, you will be responsible for ensuring precision and accuracy in all surveying activities, directly contributing to the successful delivery of our development projects and maintaining the highest standards of quality control throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Conducting accurate site surveys and measurements using modern surveying equipment and technology
• Establishing and maintaining survey control points and benchmarks for construction projects
